CfL (Consortium for Learning) is a charitable organisation working with and supporting the network of Work Based Learning (WBL) providers in the Humber sub-region and was created by the network to provide representation and support, with the aim of raising the profile and increasing participation in WBL including Apprenticeships.
The Consortium for Learning are delighted to announce Aimhigher Humber as this year’s main sponsor of the Advanced Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony.
21 year old Samuel Buckley from Hull stole the show at this year’s prestigious regional Apprenticeship Awards, after winning the ‘Advanced Apprentice of the Year’ accolade.
I would have found studying full time, both financially and mentally straining. The Advanced Apprenticeship enabled me to actually learn how to do my job more effectively. Whilst on the job, everything I learnt on the Advanced Apprenticeship I could implement straight away. I found the whole process less stressful than studying in a classroom all day.- Dave Thompson Contracts Administrator, Avant Partnership Ltd.
