CfL extends its activities and services into North Yorkshire
CfL are delighted to announce that 79% of our members agreed to the special resolution to extend CfL activities and membership services into North Yorkshire.
This follows the agreement by the Charity Commission to the amendment of CfL’s charitable object with the extension of the geographic area in which CfL operates, to include York and North Yorkshire. We hope that this change will strengthen the membership base of CfL and its members.
The geographic coverage of CfL now includes:

York
To date two North Yorkshire providers have subscribed to membership of CfL and we will be exploring with the WBL providers across York and North Yorkshire the 14-19 education and training structure and most effective way of service delivery and representation.
We are planning an event in North Yorkshire in the near future to explore priorities with providers in the area and how we can extend our established role, activities and services developed with providers in the Humber.
