High response to members survey confirms that CfL is doing a good job!

CfL undertook its annual survey of Members in August 2010. As in previous years the response rate was high, with 86% of all members making a response this year.

Overall the comments were extremely positive and provided a sound foundation from which to further develop.  Headline results were as follows:

 

All members agreed that CfL behaved responsibly and professionally at all times, especially in members and public meetings, demonstrating honesty, integrity and respect for all members;

 

95% of members agreed that CfL provided mutual support and appropriate confidentiality;

 

89% of members agreed that CfL were impartial and objective in the delivery of services to members and activities in support of its objectives;

 

All members agreed that the Equality & Diversity and Health & Safety Networks should continue;

 

89% of members agreed that the Bulletin and Newsletter should continue;

 

95% of members agreed that the Apprenticeship Information and Advice Workshops should continue to be delivered in schools and 84% agreed that the Apprenticeship Handbook should continue;

 

One member provided the following comment:

 "You do a fantastic job! Long may it continue!"
